As a break from the trainer or the gym, we’re offering either Yoga or Pilates each Saturday morning at the Romence Road shop at 10:00. The schedule looks like this:
Yoga: January 7, January 21, February 4 and February 11
Pilates: January 14, January 28, February 18 and February 25
Classes are $12 each or $40 for a 4-class punch card. You’ll want to bring a mat for either class, as you will be spending time on the ground.
What the heck is the difference between yoga and pilates? I found (google found) this image on the internet, which seems to explain a lot. We’re super lucky to have Erin from Down Dog Yoga Center and Amy from The Pilates Studio of Kalamazoo helping us with their expertise.
